I have been working with Dr. Bill for about 1.5 years. We train on average 3-4 times/ week and then I complement my training sessions with cardio, as prescribed by Dr. Bill, 3-4 times/ week. Dr. Bill varies training sessions, alternating the targeted muscle groups but also the training methods, which keeps the training interesting and challenging. I went from a size 6/8 to a size 2/4. I love how my body looks and feels now - I am in the best shape of my life. Bill was instrumental in transforming my body, getting nice muscle definition, building stamina and endurance, and for making the commitment to myself. He is a great motivator.
